The original report covered Peach’s Incheon–Kansai same-day return fare for September weekdays. From September 1, 2026, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday day-return trips started at KRW 164,700 round trip, with sales through October 20.
JAPAN NOW · OSAKA DAY TRIP
Incheon–Osaka, returning the same dayFrom KRW 164,700
This itinerary originated in South Korea, arriving at Kansai in the morning and returning to Incheon at night. It avoided a hotel night, but time in central Osaka was shorter than the officially stated maximum stay of 10 hours 20 minutes after allowing for airport travel and immigration.
Both directions had to use the designated flights on the same date. An ordinary Osaka trip with one or more nights did not qualify, and special-fare seats had to remain on both flights.
Flights and the actual day plan
MM712 arrived at Kansai Airport at 09:20. With the journey to Incheon and international check-in, the day required a predawn start.
The official maximum stay was 10 hours 20 minutes. Immigration and the airport–city round trip had to be deducted separately.
MM711 arrived at Incheon at 21:35. Travelers needed to return to Kansai comfortably before the international check-in deadline.
Sales and travel conditions
KRW 164,700 was the starting total for one person’s round trip. Japan’s departure tax and other components could vary with exchange rates, while the displayed amount depended on dates and remaining seats.
Conditions for a South Korea-origin trip
The official Korean-language page sold an Incheon–Osaka return journey for travelers departing South Korea, through a dedicated page rather than the ordinary booking screen.
The displayed fare excluded checked baggage and seat selection. For shopping, add return baggage charges before comparing an ordinary round-trip fare.
Flight changes were not allowed after booking, and cancellation for personal reasons was nonrefundable. The original advised checking weather, health, and airport access before payment.
The fare conditions and booking-entry page were in Korean. The feature page did not separately state an overseas-issued-card restriction, so accepted cards and currency still required checking at payment.
The real cost included predawn Incheon transport, the Kansai–Osaka return journey, paid seats/bags, and late-night transport after returning. Depending on residence and shopping plans, an inexpensive one-night fare might be cheaper and easier.
Checklist before booking
- Set both directions to the same date and confirm flights MM712 and MM711.
- Check the September 22–24 exclusion and Tuesday–Thursday operation.
- Add seat-selection and baggage charges to the final round-trip total.
- Check predawn travel to Incheon and transport home after the 21:35 arrival.
- Allow for Kansai entry/departure queues and concentrate the city visit in one area.
- After checking the no-refund rule, confirm passport spelling and dates.

EVERYDAY TRIP Editorial Team’s advice
The official 10 hours 20 minutes did not subtract immigration and return airport travel. Group shopping, meals, or an observation deck within one area; adding distant Kyoto or Kobe would make the day less reliable.
A day return saves hotel and luggage-storage time. Checked bags or major shopping add cost and airport time, so a small bag and a prepared shopping list fit the format better.
Use the 19:40 Kansai departure as the fixed point, then work backward through target airport arrival, city departure, and the final meal. Allow for train delays and keep final shopping on a route directly connected to the airport.
The source favored residents of northwestern Seoul or areas with workable first/last airport buses and easy predawn and late-night access. Travelers farther away could lose the advantage through extra hotel nights or long-distance transport before and after the flight.
