Asahiyama Zoo (ๆ—ญๅฑฑๅ‹•็‰ฉๅœ’)

ย

ย

Asahiyama Zoo, a well-known attraction in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, is loved by visitors of all ages from Japan and abroad. The original account described it as one of Japanโ€™s leading zoos, where the animalsโ€™ distinctive ways of eating could entertain adults too. Penguins would turn away aloofly once they were full, while seals seemed content as they accepted fish. Their natural behavior was wonderfully endearing.

Goryokaku Tower (ไบ”็จœ้ƒญใ‚ฟใƒฏใƒผ)

ย

ย

Goryokaku Tower and the Mount Hakodate observation area are well-known sights on a trip to Hakodate, Hokkaido. From Goryokaku Tower, you can take in the green surroundings and the star-shaped Goryokaku fort at a glance; on clear days, the account says you can see across Hakodate and out to sea. Mount Hakodate is another popular stop for the spectacular night views described here as stretching through 360 degrees. If you love views from high places, these seem like two sights you should not miss.
